Abstract
Pancreatic insulinomas are rare tumors that primarily affect women and should be considered in cases of hypoglycemia during the first trimester of pregnancy. Laparoscopic surgery is the preferred treatment option during the second trimester of fetal development.

It was also managed with laparoscopic enucleation in the second trimester, with resolution of the clinical picture
