LA RELAPAROSCOPÍA EN LAS COMPLICACIONES POSTOPERATORIAS DE LA COLECISTECTOMIA

Abstract
Objective: Evaluate the utility of the relaparoscopy for the diagnosis and treatment of complications post cholecys- tectomy.
Place of realization: High complexity hospital.
Population: 2755 laparoscòpic cholecystectomy, 14 (0.5%) relaparoscopy between august 2004 - december 2010
Method: Retrospective analysis of database.
Results: 14 relaparoscopy; 6 by bleeding complications, bile 6 and 2 perforated bowel.
Conclusion: The relaparoscopy was effective in the diagnosis and treatment of complications post cholecystecto- my. The main indication was pain with diagnostic imaging little specific.
