Gastric duplication cyst with respiratory type coating

Abstract

Male patient 44 years old with no history of relevance is presented. Who with abdominal pain of long evolution associated with symptoms of impregnation. It asks for a TAC where a tumor in gastro hepatic ligament in contact with the gastric greater curvature is found. It was decided to conduct surgical and result in pathology is obtained: gastric cystic formation lined by respiratory-type epithelium. Given the extreme rarity of such cases, having 21 so far in the literature, we consider useful publication.
