Osteochondromas are tumors composed of medullary and cortical bone with hyaline cartilage caps. Involvement of the scapula is uncommon. We report two cases. Patients may present with pain or symptoms due to compression of the adjacent structures. Surgery is the treatment of choice of symptomatic osteochondromas.
